Phase II-Condition is a spray-in conditioner that will leave synthetic hair soft and silky. Our special proprietary blend of silicones and conditioners protects and prevents frizzing without leaving an oily residue. Phase II-Condition also contains UV protection to help prevent color fading and prolong the life of your piece.
